I have been struggling all week with my pace time today was the best all week and I swam 1200m more today but compared to my last Saturday swim pace im still slow
For the past year I’ve been trying to get my 400m under 8mins and under 2:00/100m. Last week I came so close, doing it in 8:04, this morning I finally got there !! Now to make it consistent !
I have been trying really hard to keep my head down and rotate my body more this was my best pace for 2 miles every and I had to share the lane the last 1400m
