😣 Who else is feeling tired this week?
I don’t just mean physically tired. (Although yes, that too. Ha!)
I’m talking about that other kind of tired.
The kind that hits deep in your bones…
Where your brain won’t shut off, your body feels heavy, and your soul just feels worn down.
One of our members recently said something that hit me hard:
“My soul feels tired.”
And… I felt that.
Because the roller coaster of ADHD isn’t just exhausting for our brains.
It wears on our hearts. Our nervous systems. Our hormones. Our entire being.
We pour so much effort, emotion, and intention into everything we do—parenting, business, life—and then we hit those weeks where even trying feels like too much.
Sometimes it feels like burnout.
But sometimes it’s something else.
For me, it’s depression.
It’s my comorbidity with ADHD.
And I’ve learned it’s not something I’ll “get over”—it’s something I manage, like a shadow that follows me through the seasons of life.
There was a time I wanted language to capture what it felt like.
To describe the fog, the ache, the quiet pull downward.
So I wrote a blog post—a true story from my own life.
I shared it with our member who courageously opened up and asked for support.
And now, I want to share it with you too, in case you need it today.
You’re not the only one navigating the weight no one else can see. I see you. I’m with you.
💛 Let me know in the comments if this resonates with you—or if your soul feels tired too this week.
We’re in this together.
Gently, compassionately, one breath at a time.
