Hi, my Thriving friends!
Has anyone shown you this Gmail trick?
I cleared dozens of unwanted subscriptions in under 10 minutes—without opening a single email.
Watch me do it (ADHD brain moments included 🤭) and try it yourself.
You know I’m all about Eliminate → Execute → Simplify when it comes to productivity.
Today, I tested a Gmail feature that helps me eliminate a significant amount of inbox clutter—fast! 💃
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Open Gmail and click the little arrow next to Categories in your inbox.
2️⃣ Select Manage Subscriptions.
3️⃣ You’ll see everything you’re subscribed to—right in one place.🤯
4️⃣ Unsubscribe from what’s not serving you anymore, all from that list.
I just did this and unsubscribed to everything adding friction to my day.
Not because I dislike them, but because right now, they’re distractions.
And if I want to be a serious mompreneur...I must honor my time by eliminating distractions. 💞
✨ ADHD-friendly tip:
✅ Set a timer for 10 minutes
✅ Pick just one email inbox (personal or business email)
✅ Click through as fast as you can.
I feel lighter and calmer already. 🧘♀️
🎥 I recorded my whole process (including my ADHD brain moments 🤭) so you can see exactly how it works.
What’s one small digital clutter task you could clear in the next 10 minutes?
