Been a great week for me in a variety of ways but my favourite has to be the wow moments when something clicks.
And today was beautiful. A lovely self diagnosed gent in his 60s and his first session with me after many failed attempts at counselling and therapy had the OMG moment when he realised the connection between suppressed RSD & … task initiation! There’s this real visceral moment when it clicks and I watch a forty-fifty years flash before a coachees eyes as the sucker punch hits every decision made badly, every opportunity missed & every relationship ended and they realise in a split second
ITS NOT THEIR FAULT, THEY AREN’T BROKEN. THEY WERE ALWAYS ENOUGH
