I recieved my assessment questions yesterday. F@#£ its brutal!!! Ive been reading through them to desensitise myself before I fill them in. Any advice welcome. After looking at the questions and looking at ADHD and Autism I now wouldn't be suprised if I present both!!! I really am a carbon copy of my Dad 🙈❤️

Hey. Hope everyone is alright. Holding myself accountable for some of my behaviours this week. Ive lived a roller coaster of agitation, despair or dancing around the kitchen. Ive also done some things this past week im not proud of at all. I guess we are all living and learning hey. Wishing everyone a wonderful blessed weekend. ❤️
