I've been asked more times that I can count (in a good way 😁) which specific products I'm using for my physical activity. If any of you have been on a call with me, you know I'm almost ALWAYS on my walking pad at my standing desk (sometimes outside walking around the pool with dogs), and randomly have my weighted vest on and/or am using resistance bands.
