Hi everyone, I’ve been working on a startup called **Krama** — a smart queue management system designed specifically for Indian clinics to reduce patient waiting time and bring order to daily walk-ins. The idea came from observing how chaotic clinic queues can get. Krama helps clinics: • Manage multiple doctors with separate live queues • Handle walk-ins + bookings in one simple flow • Improve patient throughput without changing their existing process • Give patients visibility on their turn instead of waiting blindly We’re starting with a few clinics in North Bangalore through our network, and the early response has been very positive.
