Seeking advice on a healthcare start-up
Hi everyone,
I’ve been working on a startup called **Krama** — a smart queue management system designed specifically for Indian clinics to reduce patient waiting time and bring order to daily walk-ins.
The idea came from observing how chaotic clinic queues can get. Krama helps clinics:
• Manage multiple doctors with separate live queues
• Handle walk-ins + bookings in one simple flow
• Improve patient throughput without changing their existing process
• Give patients visibility on their turn instead of waiting blindly
We’re starting with a few clinics in North Bangalore through our network, and the early response has been very positive.
I’m currently looking for feedback from developers, product folks, and anyone who has worked in healthcare tech:
* What features would you consider critical in such a system?
* Any suggestions on scaling this across cities?
Would love to hear your thoughts and advice 🙏
