An agent scheduled a showing for today at 3:15, then texted asking if the seller is offering buyer’s agent compensation.
I explained the seller is open to negotiating it.
After that, she canceled the showing.
I updated my seller and asked how he wants to handle this moving forward—either offer a set amount to encourage showings or continue negotiating case by case. He chose case by case.
Now I’m considering reaching back out and offering to split my compensation to keep the deal alive. Would you?
