Hi - I've been an agent for 8 months in a small town in New Zealand. Being in a small town it does not take too long for the community to talk. But earning that trust against well known agents in town can be tricky. I have recently teamed up with a very successful agent - Ruth and selling under Pulse Real Estate NZ. We are doing well with 5 out of 9 homes sold last month around the NZD 300,000 mark so 1/2 that for USD. However, I have just been entrusted to sell a multimillion home in Wanaka, New Zealand. A top holiday destination. The house is dated and practical layout but the views of lake and alpine mountains from every room and the grand living truely make it worth it. Being new to the industry and having to showcase a property like this in scale is very daunting. I have my first open homes over the weekend - any tips for anyone very new to the industry. The address is 25 Heaton Park Drive, Wanaka, New Zealand. I haven't done a personal video of the property yet, is this something I need to do?
