Hey All, out of interest is anyone here from Australia more specifically Perth WA? I have been in Real Estate for 1 month and 2 weeks and have closed 2 deals that were my agencies listings and 1 that is my own listing. I would love to talk to more to Realtors to understand more about how to get better known in Australia and listen to some tips and tricks. Any advice is welcome! My Instagram Handle is @Soldby_Winter Thanks Cooper

Does anyone have advice on the best way to approach expired listings? I’d love to start reaching out to these homeowners and hopefully turn some into listings.

It's been 2 months since I became licensed. And I'm ready to get my first deal. I have been spending most of my time learning more about real estate. Working on my social media marketing. What did you guys do to get your first deal? How did you go about it?

Hi - I've been an agent for 8 months in a small town in New Zealand. Being in a small town it does not take too long for the community to talk. But earning that trust against well known agents in town can be tricky. I have recently teamed up with a very successful agent - Ruth and selling under Pulse Real Estate NZ. We are doing well with 5 out of 9 homes sold last month around the NZD 300,000 mark so 1/2 that for USD. However, I have just been entrusted to sell a multimillion home in Wanaka, New Zealand. A top holiday destination. The house is dated and practical layout but the views of lake and alpine mountains from every room and the grand living truely make it worth it. Being new to the industry and having to showcase a property like this in scale is very daunting. I have my first open homes over the weekend - any tips for anyone very new to the industry. The address is 25 Heaton Park Drive, Wanaka, New Zealand. I haven't done a personal video of the property yet, is this something I need to do?
