I'm your intro line, I liked all the info you gave so I knew what the location was, how much monthly, I just didn't hear much personality/confidence I think because of the pausing in between your words :). Just tighten up the intro, maybe be a little smidge more extra than normal just to kick off the video with some energy :)

Wow Yay!! What's next up for your Tik Tok lead?? Showings or listing appointment!!? The biggest win of the week in terms of sales was getting one double and one triple lead! The first family is a buyer seller combo. The second lead is a double seller and buyer all in one!!!!!!! 🙌 Biggest win in social media was posting a viral video (i think?) , hit 46.6k views on tik tok, over 500 saves, over 300 comments, and almost 7k likes, and I believe 10 DMs (I have to do better at tracking) My Instagram posts consistently hit between 1k-2k+ views 8x in a row instead of the usual 200-800. Additionally, the posts are getting more comments yay!! So now I'm actually interacting with people instead of just posting and the post does lol. Additionally, my consistency is FAR better than before. I'm getting a good groove now !! I was approached by a builder's realtor that invited me to shoot content at their model and when I went... she hinted that I could represent their new model center theyre building and that she's been eyeing me for some time... I don't know if I'd make that switch but I really do have passion for finding people HOME.. a functional , beautiful , satisfying home, or selling someone's house so they can move on to a better chapter toward a fulfilling life... I lean more toward working with my investor in designing his flips so........ maybe I should get into new construction?? Anyways, the realtor and I were then just chillen in the model home dining table, a rain storm came in, and had an amazing two hour convo about God, how everything is God's plan, and it really lit me up. I can't even explain what was said but it shifted my mindset for sure.
