Impact family, we’re excited to share something we’ve been working on with our friends, Pastors Brad and Carla Custis, at Church on the Horizon in Van Wert, Ohio! November 12–15, we’re hosting our first Leader Launch Leadership Intensive! This is something that’s been on our hearts because we believe God has placed gifts and callings inside His people that need to be developed. And leadership isn’t just for those called to preach or pastor. Whether you’re serving in your church, leading in your workplace, or sensing God preparing you for something more, there is always room to grow. Over five sessions, we’ll be digging into biblical leadership, spiritual maturity, godly character, and learning to follow the Holy Spirit as we serve others. We’ll also have time for prayer and personal ministry. And this is just the beginning! Leader Launch is being developed as a quarterly intensive, so there will be opportunities to continue growing beyond this first weekend. Here’s the schedule for the weekend: - Thursday, November 12: 6:30 PM - Friday, November 13: 6:30 PM - Saturday, November 14: 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM - Sunday, November 15: 10:00 AM Location: Church on the Horizon 551 Center St, Van Wert, OH 45891 We wanted to share this with our Impact family because we’d love to see some of you there!
