السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I know a lot of us want to understand the Qur’an directly, or dive deeper into Arabic for the sake of our deen — but it’s hard knowing where to start, or what resources are worth our time. I’ve spent a while trying different things and recently compiled a list of resources that helped me the most — both free and paid (many are beginner-friendly too). I hope it helps someone out like it helped me, In Sha Allah. I've got many more resources to help you out, that I will share with you all In Sha Allah.

Steps to follow: 1. Click on 1 of the reading materials 2. Click on start reading (allow microphone if it doesn’t ask you) 3. Read the greyed out phrase (make sure you're close to the mic) As you read you’ll see words turn red, yellow and green. You can skip to the next sentence by clicking “Next sentence” or when you reach above a threshold in your pronunciation score. **Disclaimer (and thanks to @Nia D for bringing this up):** This app uses OpenAI but all recording permissions are disabled, so your data is safe. I don’t trust these AI companies and they’re not great for Arabic either, so I’m hoping to soon train my own model to be granular in its mistake correction, down to the haraka.
