Site migration
Good morning, Anyone has a good plan to move a site to a new url without loosing too much of the traffic ? I want to move my site from a .co to a .travel. Any suggestions are welcome !!

@Alexandre Schwager not sure if you had the chance to explore if the current owner is still using the .com domain? Personally, don't see the point in migrating from .co to .travel (you trade like for like). Instead, try to get the .com via a broker IF the domain isn't being used anymore or updated. You would need to find the registrar and use their broker. Once you have a monetary value attached to the .com you can decide if it's work the investment (can be a few thousand USD, if they are willing to sell). Good luck with it ;)

I spent $2,500 on SEO ‘shortcuts’ that got me nothing but frustration…
When I first dove into SEO, I was obsessed with finding shortcuts. AI tools that promised instant rankings… courses that claimed to unlock hidden hacks… In total, I burned through about $2,500 chasing the fastest path to traffic. The reality? Nothing stuck. My rankings barely moved, and I felt like I was just throwing money into a black hole. The turning point came when I made a small but critical shift in how I approached SEO with AI. At first, it felt too simple to work… but then the traffic started compounding. I’m sharing this because I know I’m not the only one who’s been frustrated with wasted money and empty promises. Wish I had known this earlier

Sorry to hear about your experience. Sadly, tools will be only tools and you need the knowledge behind them on [1] how to use them [2] set them up & [3] how these connect to the bigger SXO picture. It is a learning curve for sure, but it will always be a trial and error. Invested myself a few $1,000 in tools, but some of them stopped development or cannot keep up with the pace this industry is moving forward. Happy to hear that with AI you are getting more results. Would be interested to hear, see any case studies you might have on this.
