I wanted to drop in and say Happy New Year and also that I don't have anything interesting to say as I had about 3 hours sleep last night and my brain is off. I had planned for this to be a big working day but best laid plans and all that. I hope you have a lovely day and I will be back tomorrow!

I think when you run a business it is always important to reflect on where you are and where you have come from. So I would live to ask you: What’s one belief about yourself that’s slowly changing as you grow your work? For me it is that I can actually make a difference to people's lives. I always wanted to but I am starting to see that I can do that.

Sorry I have not been around much lately. At home I have been dealing with a very poorly 5 year old which has resulted in constant night time waking. The result is I have been exhausted and not really able to focus on producing any content at all. Remember that it is always ok to take care of yourself above any business obligations. It is one of the things I struggle with the most and then feel guilty for not being around. So this year I am leaning into the release of guilt. Anyway, have a really lovely break and I will be back on 28th December x
