Hi all, Great to be apart of the community! Currently have 1 R2R property, taking on my second later this month and then first management property in October. Have been running for over a year but now have more time to start scaling and adding more properties in the coming months!

@George Clarke that’s really good mate. Hope it goes well for you! Yeah the capital is the downside for it at moment and because I have knowledge on the management side and been doing if for 4 years, I thought I can maybe be push that more.
Recommendations on SA Management?
I’m looking to move into serviced accommodation management — but without owning properties myself. My plan is to offer management and brokering services to landlords and investors, helping them maximise returns while I take a fee. I’m not looking to do rent-to-rent (I’ve tried that before and decided it’s not the path for me). Instead, I want to explore how I can structure deals, add value, and build this business without heavy upfront costs. Would really appreciate any advice, ideas, or knowledge from those already doing this. How would you approach it if you were starting today?

I think cos of the nature of my job in property management - it’s just transferable skills and making sure I’m giving them a great service and I know what I’m talking about. I deal with landlords and clients on a daily - tenants as well but in this case it will be guest. I deal with cleaners and contractors as well but in different terms. So I appreciate the help. I just need to go through your content which I just unlocked and hopefully I should be good! Is there anybody specific in this group that is doing management?
Prostitutes
Had some prostitutes in my unit last week, ring doorbell caught em and we stopped them from having guests in the property. Didn’t evict them. But they did leave a mess and stole some towels. What would be a better way to go about it? First time it’s happened to me. I suppose it’s the same as parties but they booked for 10 nights and I let it slide cause I wanted to keep the booking. What would be a better way to go about it?
