Who are the go-to sourcers for Airbnb / Serviced Accom rent-to-rent deals in the UK right now? Looking for someone experienced, not learning. DM me recommendations please.
Iβve just taken on a management unit in Liverpool. I see that the weekdays are dirt cheap and the weekends are sky high. My strategy is to try and get contractors in there Monday to Friday and then the weekends seperately, would you recommend doing 1 night minimum on the weekend or no and sticking to 2 nights? And if you could elaborate on the market a little bit thatβd be much appreciated.

Had some prostitutes in my unit last week, ring doorbell caught em and we stopped them from having guests in the property. Didnβt evict them. But they did leave a mess and stole some towels. What would be a better way to go about it? First time itβs happened to me. I suppose itβs the same as parties but they booked for 10 nights and I let it slide cause I wanted to keep the booking. What would be a better way to go about it?
Currently using Guesty x pricelabs atm. Thinking of switching to Uplisting as I scale. Wondering if itβs worth the hassle or should I just stick to Guesty. I have 3 units but will have 5 by the end of the month.
