My results (update)
Hello and Happy New Year! I wanted to share my results with you. I started my thumb pulling practice on November 11, and during this time I’ve expanded my palate by around 2.5 mm. I trained for at least 2 hours a day, sometimes even a few dozen minutes longer, and also practiced mewing and hard mewing in my free time. I’m happy with the results and hope to improve them significantly in the coming year.

What are your goals for next year?
Well guys, 2025 is close to an end. I'm glad to have started my journey this year, I've made a lot of progress. And we'll improve even more in 2026. I'm working hard on building more and better resources for you guys :) So, I'd like to know: What are your biomechanics' goals for next year? (health / function / aesthetics)

@Santiago Figarola asides from thumbpulling do you do kens bite n hold and jiggle exercises from the fast method

@Santiago Figarola how many minutes a day minimum should we do the torque test, also do we do both pull our head back and push the towel away at the same time

Is 3 more comfortable than 2 after a couple hours
Just bought R3 XL and R1 large.
I'm currently wearing R2 Large (gave R1s and R2s to family and friends), so now I'll be able to compare 👀 Let's see if I'm able to wear R3 regularly.
