What is the most difficult part that you are having trouble with? I'll go 1st. for me its the Disposition of a Property. I would consider myself a good talker on the phone with Agents (I' am an Agent myself, that's probably why) and talking with FSBOs. But on the Dispo Side, i takes too much of my time away from getting on the phone and talking with people. Ok, Your Turn, What is it? and don't forget to LIKE so we all can advance to the next level.
