The day started off strong but by mid afternoon there were so many things coming up... It was wild. I was only getting calls in when I had a few mins available here n there. But I still was able to make some outreach happen today. Made 101 calls tonight! Had 4 inbound calls. I missed all of em. I really need to get these inbound call notifications corrected ASAP! Had 10 pick ups. 3 not interested. 2 hang ups. 5 wrong numbers. Left 21 voicemails. I went through that last preforeclosure list pretty fast. Cleared out the dialer que! Barley made the 100 calls today. And I'm already done with it. Thinking about hitting it again. Lots of no answers or busy lines with this one. How often do you guys like to recycle your lists and go back through them? or at least call the no answers again?. My offers got pushed off until tomorrow. Smh.. I Didn't have as much time as I thought today. Thinking I should start hitting them 2x a day again so I can avoid being forwarded to voicemail on the one time I call. Or at least have a better shot of talking to someone. Got a New List loaded into the Dialer! Qued up n ready for action! YOU CANT STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSSSS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

- Went through classroom in full except what requires higher level which is only one section now, have been on many of the lives but the classroom is what I keep going back to - Got Xleads Xplan, generally have a feel for the platform, took longer than I thought lol but it really is a legit full stack all woven together, tutorials are helpful - Partnered with title company/attorney - Have large list of big buyers, will work it down to like 5 good ones eventually soon - Pointed my domain to xleads site/got a number/ hopefully A2P tomorrow - Have been pulling gov lists….very time intensive and not exportable, solved that issue - Started d4d….kinda…. - Always going back to classroom - Current required goal is one 10k or higher assignment in the bank by end of month to survive the month lol - Will register biz after first banked assignment - Considering doing video updates as I go….if there is interest in that….like this post please

I found a house virtually with no known heirs....the mortgage was refinanced in like 2010 at 6% down from something like 7.7%......what happens in a situation like this? can it be done? could it be as simple as going to the lender and owning it by paying the balance? the balance is 100K the house was bought for 50K in the 70's, looks like it was completely redone at some point in the last 20 years, comps show just under 400K...the area is awesome, did not expect to run into this type of situation ...guidance requested lol

Because I didn't prospect, I don't claim it as a day of taking action post that I do. Either way, I had to comp 2 properties, and an offer submitted and finished up on the website. Even when it doesnt feel like things are going anywhere, there are things happening.

And with a realtor looking to work with wholesalers who is also looking for her next flip project. Sound like everyone is going to be winning! Some people you just feel like you are ment to cross paths with and this lady has some good friendly vibes about her. Excited to see where things go. I'm sure glad I ignored the messages to "go hang out" and "stop wasting time on the phone". Lol one day they will have second thoughts.
