21 day Mental Detox was amazing!!! It is amazing how much mental clarity and mental awareness I have gained from these teachings. This is only the beginning and I am grateful for the mental discipline, mental clarity, and consistency I now have. Each day I learned not only new information but information on practices and skills that have changed my life for the better. Welcome to the new me, God has given me the authority to be my authentic self unapologetically. I will no longer think small I will respond and not react. God is preparing me for greater, the best is yet to come!!! I want the whole table!! I believe it and I receive it, I want everything God has for me. This was next level. Mental Detox — Day 20 Mental Reset
Today was about resetting the mind, not pushing it. By Day 20, clarity doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from clearing space. Mental overload builds quietly— from constant thinking, constant responding, constant carrying. Today we practiced: • Releasing mental clutter • Pausing without guilt • Resetting from pressure to peace • Choosing clarity over urgency A reset is not quitting. It is leadership. You are not behind. You are recalibrating.

Mental Detox day 20….Mental Reset. I had to release some things from my mental space. I reset my mind from overload to order, I reset my mind from noisy to clarity. My mind is clear and my focus is protected. I’m doing things differently. I am truly grateful for these teachings that are preparing me for the next level that God is elevating me to. Mental Detox — Day 19: Decision Fatigue & Mental Fog
Mental fog is not weakness or laziness—it’s the result of too many unprotected decisions. Today’s session revealed how constant small choices quietly drain mental energy and lead to compromise instead of clarity. The breakthrough isn’t more discipline; it’s fewer decisions. When we create structure, decide once, and stop negotiating with our minds all day, clarity returns and we show up focused, grounded, and decisive.

Wow another amazing session on Decision Fatigue!!! Making too many decisions shows up as mental fog and cloudiness. I refuse to be mentally depleted I will create systems so that I am not using my energy on small things. No more decision fatigue. I honor my mental energy and I protect my clarity. I will show up present, decisive, and mentally strong!!!đź’Ş
🌅 Day 18 — Why Multitasking Is Mentally Expensive
Today’s Mental Detox corrected a belief many high-achieving women carry: Multitasking is not productivity. It’s fragmentation. We learned that the brain does not multitask—it switches. And every switch comes with a cost: reduced clarity, lower decision quality, and accelerated mental fatigue. We looked at why leaders like Elon Musk intentionally eliminate switching, breaking their days into focused blocks so they can finish one cognitive lane before entering the next. This isn’t control—it’s protection of attention. Declaration: I do not switch lanes without purpose. I honor my attention. I complete. I build.

Multitasking is not productivity it is fragmentation. Scattered minds cannot create wealth. I am going to challenge myself today and work on one thing at a time. I will stop cognitive switching. Thank you for another great mental detox session. I am learning so many important skills that are life changing!!!
