React Challenge 8
Hi @Cristian Florea, Could you please review my code? Thank you! https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-h8l1ckdq?file=src%2FApp.jsx

@Adelin Rosca Haha, you're right! Just using !isLoading seems like the right way to go. Or maybe it would be clearer to store the condition in a variable like canRenderList, as Cristian suggested. Thanks for pointing that out! 😊

@Cristian Florea Thanks for the feedback! I've made React Challenge 6 public, so you should be able to view the code now!
Hi Everyone,
I am a boot camp graduate and a busy newish mom who is having trouble getting a job like most people on this platform. I love front-end development and I am looking to make developer friends but also to learn the skills to become a developer pro. 😀 I am really excited to get started!

Welcome @Monica Ular 💫
Got hired :)
The grind has felt unending for me. Before joining Developer Pro, I had already been coding for about two years, earned a Java certification, and built random command-line tools and small React apps. I had a lot of questions about direction, and things weren’t really clear. On top of that, I never heard back from job applications. This program changed that. Building out the crypto app gave me real experience in turning a Figma design into reality which taught me a lot. Lock in the fundamental programming concepts, APIs, databases, and how they interact. Most interview questions focus on these areas, along with communication skills. Attend meetings, talk to people, ask questions when you're stuck, and stay engaged. Every small insight adds up and makes you stronger, but you have to be proactive. Squared was where I got the most value from this program. It really simulates what working as a developer is like. Getting into Squared is a big step, and you should be proud of every bit of progress you make, no matter where you are in your journey. I recently landed a job at a pretty large company in the US. and have been there for two weeks now. Squared helped a lot. And shoutout to Cristian, it's actually insane how helpful he is. So, thank you for everything Cristian and thank everyone else for keeping me motivated. Take it day by day, we got this👊

Got hired!!! 😀
Hello Ladies and Gents, Im over the moon to announce that I have landed a position of a UI Developer at a well established global company located in Cambridge. Il be working on building the software and working/building the ai in the company. This was a company that I really worked hard for and prioritised to land a position with , had to do four rounds of interviews for, but it has all payed off and couldn't be more excited to start. It has been such a hell of a ride and Im thoroughly grateful for Cristian and the support he has given me throughout this time. He has been a fantastic mentor and he will get you through it like he did with me. There will be times that it will be unbelievably difficult learning how to code, but you just have to understand there will be light on the other side. Make use of all the meetings he creates, learn as much from him and others. He is the master Shifu of coding 😂 My last advice for people who are applying or going to start to. Ignore all the negative posts on linkedin, ignore recruiters saying "not much in at the moment", just completely filter that all out. I have said this to everyone trust and rely on yourself! Work hard everyday, be consistent, apply everyday, tailor your cover letter to each company that you apply for. Because I was interviewing like mad during Christmas for four separate companies even though recruiters told me "its quiet", so don't take no for an answer and get out there and do it. Trust your gut. If you have a bad day or burn out, don't feel guilty! take a break and return back it. It's not a matter of "if" it's a matter of when. Good luck guys,. Have thoroughly enjoyed working with you guys.
Got hired!!! 😀
