Booked my First Client from web dev skills!
Greetings everyone! After lots of learnings, failures and time I got my first client to make him a portfolio as well as blog website. Feels surreal. Keep chasing everyone!💫

Sooo, apparently I will be a php developer 🥲... managed to get a job mainly because of the projects I've built here(aka crypto app), but networing and solid interview skills played an important role as well. I don't wanna lie, I got lucky, but I'll take it every day of the week 😅. Remember, keep grinding every day of the week, write quality code, review others work and most importantly, NEVER GIVE UP!!! ✌️
Finally made it to level 5kyu on codewars!
I submitted my profile info on that form! After a hectic month (new job + an injury 🙃), I’m recovering thankfully and finally ready to dive into React! Definitely a win for me as I've been so excited for this part of the learning journey! Here’s to not giving up even when life gets tough! 💻 🙂
Unlock React Course
I had reached 5kyu on codewars prematurely before finishing all the vanilla projects, but I think it's more relevant to post it now. I'd appreciate @Cristian Florea @Elias Fairfield and all you guys' support and feedback so far. Can't wait to see what I'll be building with React! And btw I submitted the google form a few times, the course isn't unlocked yet for some reason. Can you unlock it for me Cristian? https://www.codewars.com/users/drivenboy

Noticing a pattern...
Once again, I'm feeling that dreadful, almost paralyzing feeling you get when you have to leave the safe confines of the classroom, look at a blank editor & build using concepts you haven't tinkered with yet. But I'm noticing a pattern. I've overcome this feeling twice in the past 4 months. And it's just that...a feeling. It means nothing at the end of the day. If anything, I'm starting to recognize this feeling as a signal that growth is about to occur in me. The faker data, closures, and Friend Finder modules were eye-opening to me. It's a healthy reminder that I need to double down on studying my fundamentals. What's the difference between var, const, and let? What's the difference between primitive & non-primitive data types, etc. Projects loading %... 🙏🏻
