The React code looks great—well done. I’d suggest spending a bit more time on the styling: the buttons feel too widely spaced, and the social media icon would benefit from a circular border. Also, the section that says “or use your email for registration” is currently missing. I also think the image should not take up the same width as the form. Should have smaller width.

I think you might have set it to private, which I believe is a default setting, as I cannot open the devbox.

Yes, don't rush to JavaScript. Spend time to understand CSS and media queries so you won't need to go back later on. Well done on Apple Clone! You could still reuse the classes like space-between, flex and align-center in your nav ul. Just to remove them from css and add them as classes to your HTML. Not a big deal, though.
