@Sinéad Tormey Thank you! (Again😜)
Okay… let’s get real for a sec🫶
Hey Everyone- Happy Monday!!!! Honest one today… Do you actually notice your breath during the day? Or only when you’re reminded to? No right answer here, just inviting a little curiosity & awareness 👀

I notice my breath a lot during the day, but I would love to become even more aware of my breath, after practicing quite a while with breathing exercises and calming down the nervous system, I still regularly catch myself doing involuntary breath holds or mouth breathing, especially while I am focusing on something....😅

@Sinéad Tormey yes, I agree, next to focusing, it can also be related to stress, so becoming aware of your breathing patterns, is a start to improve the quality of your life🙏🏼

Remember not to forget
Stress doesn’t just affect the body — it also closes the space where creativity lives. When you’re stressed, your focus becomes narrow. Your mind moves into survival mode, looking for what is safe, known, and predictable. In that state, there is little room for new ideas. When your body relaxes, something shifts. Your awareness expands. Your mind opens. And suddenly, ideas begin to flow again — naturally, effortlessly, intuitively. Some of the most powerful insights don’t come from forcing the mind — they arise in moments of stillness, presence, and ease. When you slow down… when you breathe… when you allow space… clarity comes on its own. Simple things support this state: being in nature, warm water on your skin, quiet moments with yourself, and conscious breathing. These moments create space — and in that space, inspiration finds you. As we grow up, many of us slowly disconnect from our bodies. When emotions feel overwhelming, we move into the mind instead of feeling. And with that shift, we also lose access to our natural creativity. But this connection can always be restored. Through your breath, you come back into your body. You feel again. You open again. Breath helps you release what has been held inside, soften what has been blocked, and allow energy to move freely again. And as this happens, your creativity begins to return — not as something you force, but as something that flows through you. ✨ True creativity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from feeling more. From being present. From being connected. From being alive in your own experience. 🌬 Breathe — and let inspiration find you
