How to Get/Use HQ Proxies :)
I have been using proxies for five years now, and I have tried different types of proxies with hundreds of payment gateways, so I know what works and what gets flagged. The best ones that have worked for us so far are SOAX and Decodo. SOAX requires a higher-tier plan, while Decodo offers pay-as-you-go options. “Okay, so I just buy it, use it, and I’m done?” Nope :) Here comes the most important step: warm it up! In order to get a clean IP that does not get flagged by every website you visit — something you may notice with Amazon and Google Search — you have to warm it up first. Go to Etsy, Rakuten, YouTube, Amazon, and similar websites. For example, log in to YouTube, browse Amazon, add things to your cart, and use it the same way you would use your own PC. This helps prevent the IP from getting flagged. Do not buy a proxy and then immediately go directly to the website you actually need to use it on. When you buy the proxy, make sure it matches your address, as this creates more positive trust signals. You should either get a mobile proxy or a residential proxy, because these are usually the highest-quality options. “But I saw X brand selling cheap proxies.” You have to understand that there are two types of proxy providers: 1. Providers that hack people’s devices, use them as a proxy pool, and sell access to other people. 2. Providers that source proxies legally through people who rent out their devices. So, in the same way some providers may lie to you about how their proxies are sourced, they may also lie about whether the proxies are mobile, residential, or data center proxies. Data center proxies are usually the lowest-quality option. Let me know below if you have any questions ? or interested in part 2 so I can cover difference between different types and some other softwares that might be helpful as well :)

Decodo blocks access to any banking websites
How to get a good IP profile from abroad and avoid ban?
Residential ISP → Currently using IPRoyal but the IP is flagged as VPN - seems to be working for Paypal/AMEX for now but my capital one account just got banned, not sure if it can be a cause Mobile Proxy → Tried Oxylabs/Brightdata - clean IP profile but they don’t allow bank website access Roaming from US Sim → It may show a local IP - I tried with Tello from China and it showed a US IP so this option may work, not sure if it's always a US IP VPS/RDR seems to be the only option but difficult to target a city, pricy, complicated and not convenient

Having a good business credit profile is good for payment processing? What do you think of nav.com for that?
AMEX is asking me for a 4506-C
I’m a non-resident alien, living abroad, filing 1040-NR with $0 US taxable income. My 1040-NR has a foreign address, not my US mailing address. I already have an Amex US Business via Global Transfer I’m now applying for an Amex US Personal to build US credit and fully move my profile to the US, then close my old foreign AMEX card - To finalize the application, they are requesting a 4506-C to obtain my 1040 from the IRS (seems to be because my credit history is too thin) Should I not send the 4506-C and cancel the application? Is there any workaround in this situation?

@Ain - Cloud Resident You had an AMEX Business before applying for personal? That's exactly what I planned to do, just let it expire - I'm just afraid that refusal will threaten my AMEX Business card

International Roaming providers?
Hi all, I am currently using Tello for International Data Roaming but I find it to be quite expensive. They charge $10/GB which means 5GB would already have me paying more than I would for a unlimited phone plan. Anyone know of any other carriers?
