Anyone got any tips
I struggle with staying on task with my work. Does anyone have anything that helps them? It would be lovely if you shared (I have exams in a month and I really need to lock in) tyyyy ❤️❤️

For me, it's alternating the thing I need to do and the thing I want to do in almost equal time durations. It doesn't always work though :( but sometimes it does, and that's better than nothing. For example, I start completing my piled up work tasks which each part would take around 30 minutes, after one part, I'll stop and read a chapter or two (at max) of a fiction book and get back to another part of my work tasks and so on.

Oh, and body doubling! Even if the other person isn't working, even if they're playing, the unrelated noise helps me.
