A plyometric routine would be great!
Around the body kicking
Does anyone have any tips on kicking around the body for more distance, I’m struggling particularly with my steps approaching into the kick, as well the ball drop for kicking around the body which looks different to how you would kick straight on.

Keep the ball in line with your foot so if your foot Tilts when you kick around the body (which it does) then tilt the bal aswell to keep it lined up with your foot.
Set shot goal kicking
Anyone have some key tips or drills to improve kicks for goal as and helps build a technique that is consistent and effective?

A couple simple things that I think gets your goal kicks good are practicing doing it on tight angles from less range than building up as well as developing a goal routine and simply practicing your regular passing drop punts a lot.

Game scenario drills
Anyone have some good game scenario drills to use in training sessions, that can help simulate the pressure of playing in a game. Obviously game day pressure can't be fully simulated in training, but if there are any drills you believe might help prepare players for that kind of pressure, feel free to share them.

Number one thing I would say is if you can the best thing you can do is go to any group training you can. Nothing replicates a game like the drills you will do there but if you can’t do that just and contact/full intensity into all your drills. Sometimes when we strip drills right back we lose that intensity/game replication, you start to slow down/not be disposing how you should and doing other bad things, so the best thing for your practice is just to add the contested-ness/gamey felling back in.
