1-Man Show + 1 VA
I’m currently running a 1-man show with the help of 1 VA. On top of that, I’m attending college, so my time for real estate is limited. Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to consistently push 2–3 deals a month. For those who’ve been in this position before, what would you focus on next? - Hiring another VA? - Bringing on a dispo/closer? - Delegate TC? Any advice while managing limited time would mean a lot

Hey MartĆn, It would depend on the budget you’re working with. If it’s $0-2000/m. I think you should do SMS and cold calling. If it’s more than that. I would look into PPL and direct mail.
Acquisition follow up
I’m just curious what’s the point of my VA calling the leads in the CRM? They are telling me the leads are not interested or they already talked to the leads on txt and basically they wanna call fresh leads - And then they are saying they wanna dial for 4 hours and then focus on the txts for the other 4 hours because they are having a hard time shifting through go high level and back to the dialer. I put a list in the dialer that we texted a few times and excluded the leads that replied but then again that’s them calling new leads basically. Just confused and need some guidance here Thanks

@Brooklyn Brown closers should be targeting new leads and warm leads that FU specialist brings up. FU specialist should be turning colder leads into warm leads to alley oop to Acq Mgr
