It focuses on: How we actually source deals How we fund them How we underwrite conservatively How we manage rehabs How we refinance and scale portfolios This is practical, execution-focused content, not theory. We have our own portfolio we are growing, but we cannot buy every deal, and our team is built to handle more.

@Juan Cristales Impressive track record especially the $10M+ capital raise and 200+ transactions. Curious, what’s been your main strategy for sourcing deals in the Houston build-to-rent space?

@Juan Cristales That’s a smart evolution going from direct response to building relationships through agents is a strong shift, especially with how expensive mailers can get. I like how you turned education into a lead source; it’s a unique approach compared to what most investors do. Out of everything you’ve tried, would you say agent relationships have been your most consistent source of deals over time, or are you still seeing results from direct outreach as well? Also, aside from real estate, are you involved in any other ventures or side hustles right now?
