Watched a guy break down why n8n agencies are getting replaced
Found this video that genuinely changed how I'm thinking about AI services. Was scrolling through AI content trying to figure out why my n8n workflow offers weren't closing at premium prices. The take: workflows have a hard ceiling around $2k because they're scripted and replaceable. AI Employees (Claude Code + memory + MCPs + skills) command 10-25x because they actually think, remember, and learn. Same building blocks, completely different positioning and price. The build is shown live in the video. It's basically a folder structure with CLAUDE.md as the role, a memory folder as the brain, and skills as sub-agents. MCPs handle the tools. Worth a watch if you're in this space: https://youtu.be/2KxYmRSz-qM Also dude has a small Skool community where he goes deeper on this stuff. Templates, scripts, 1-on-1 calls. Been in there for a couple weeks and it's actually solid: https://www.skool.com/kvk-automates-ai Anyone else seeing the shift?
