Looking for 10 beta test users new AI
What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. no funds yet maybe next cohort?
Just found out some months ago about my ADHD because i can't work/life fully (50%) and my body dived into menopause too. So as my doctor told me; Double trouble... So no funds at the moment but my system feels i need this...jak.. Just wanted to tell my story...

Finding Focus
One thing I found useful for noisy environments is using soft background noise or white noise apps.. it helps mask both ADHD distractions and the ringing in my ears. Anyone else tried something like this?

i use spotify: AHDH focus music 2026 hyperfixation and ADHD sleep | calming Music. The first one i also use in the car when i am overstimulated
Less use of phone
YESS totally happy with my new habit; 3 days in a row no insta, newspaper app and game in my bed just after waking up. I still snooze but no phone!
Am I even ADHD?!
A question that has been in and out my head for a couple of years now. Also, would it matter if I got a formal diagnosis?! This past week has definitely helped me answer both those questions. Interested to know if anyone, currently undiagnosed, has wondered this too? What difference do you feel a formal diagnosis would make to you now?

for me it was clarity and understanding for myself and for my doctor to give my hormones with no doubt anymore. Menopause and ADHD is no joke...In Holland it also gives you free mental help if it is formal.
