Thanks @Russell Brunson !! I'm in! I think i was in the first (or second) one as VIP so very excited to see what changes youve made over the past year and how you iterated your presentation! I've been building my own Skool group over the past few months and now have nearly 200 members that I can offer my expertise (and softwares I've built in that time) so this will be highly relevant and pertinent. Well done! I fast forwarded through parts of it but got to see the overall structure and stories, and then focused on the close for a bit. Honestly, it's hard to believe that it's your first webinar. You delivered everything so smoothly, stacked the offer, did the whole "if all this did was...", repitched, and delivered great stories throughout. Fantastic topic, by the way. Your knowledge and expertise shines through, and your delivery and stories prove your credibility. One thing to note, I tried scanning the qr code from my screen and it took me to a page saying that the qr code expired so you may want to double check that before your next webinar. Keep going and iterating, and take the show on the road, I'm sure you'd be a great podcast guest and that may help you reach new audiences as you continue to scale this offer.

@Jeremaya Leads anything that takes away focus from your current goal and mission, that is actually just a novel distraction rather than something truly aligned with my purpose, experience or current pursuit.

Something I actually need to get back to.. a daily checklist with one big priority item for each day that moves me closer to my goal and end of day review on how I hit or missed that goal to hold myself accountable.
Start with Product Not Marketing
It's clearly the path Russell Brunson used to make his fortune. This worked for me for years until social media derailed me. I'd highly recommend it to anybody here, particularly those who feel like beginners. You aren't as you know your experience, interests, and impact that you want to make. The key is trusting in yourself, getting deeper into the vision, and being an original and never copying anyone. Has anybody taken this sort of approach, found it useful, and realized the most powerful way to engage in a market is through sharing your truth as an equal member of the human race?

I feel everyone can learn something from everyone else. But that may just be the growth mindset in me. On the other hand, the introvert, impostor syndrome side of me says that I have nothing anyone else can learn from. I've been to many online learning events but usually feel secluded, taking my own little notes in a notebook I'll lose in a corner for 4 years to eventually look back and think... hmm, there were some good ideas back there... but no execution. Because I didn't think I could actually do it. I'd always find an excuse. I'm trying to be more authentic now. Starting a YouTube channel under my own name documenting my own journey. To at least give myself the breadcrumbs towards success. If Russell had never gone up in front of that big room when he was jist an awkward kid in glasses pitching a room of older adults who wanted to "get a piece of that" then he wouldn't have that story to connect with us today. So this is as much advice to myself as anyone else, document the process. You are the product. What you create is your offer, but what you're ultimately selling is yourself and your vision. Then the marketing is just you being authentically yourself and attracting those people attracted to you and the things you stand for, believe in, and offer.

@Larry Kaul yes, definitely feel that. Take a look into McCall Jones' talks on charisma hacking. It goes into all the different ways different people can be effective communicators. Russell's style is uniquely his, but there are frameworks around how to bring out and best accentuate your own personality when presenting to maximize the impact and capture people's attention in an authentic way.
