Managed to eventually pick this up for a good price. The latest release from Hugo Boss, a limited edition for the Summer. After missing out on last years Pacific, I was determmined to get this before is disappears too. Crafted by master perfumers Sophie Labbé and Honorine Blanc, it comes in a nice gradient coloured bottle. My only grip is the cheap plastic caps? Like seriously, its the 21st century. Surley magnetic caps aint that hard? It opens up with as you would expect a huge Citrus blast, sadly this will wear off far too quickly for my liking and it becomes a Slightly woody scent.: It opens with an intense burst of Primofiore Lemon & Bergamot, so you get a bright and zesty citrus combo. The heart introduces mix of Elemi Extract (offering a slightly spicy, resinous warmth) along with a green, leafy Bourbon Geranium Essence. Then the fragrance settles into a rich base of Patchouli Essence and Vetiver, providing an earthy, grounding finish that nods to the woody signature of the original BOSS Bottled line. That beatiful initial citrus blast although bold doesnt stick around for very long im sorry to say. After about 10 minutes it becomes an almost skin scent and a creamy woody vibe takes over. It lasts about 5 hours max. For an edp its quite disappointing especially considering the price. This had the potental to be great, but it seems they rushed it. It is a lovely scent but as usual its performance drags it down. Cmon Boss, surley you can do better.
