Are there any recruiter here?
I always feel nervous with an interview,especialy in English.It seems like all blank in my mind,all my words are stuck in my throat.Is there anybody do hr job?What kind of inteviewees do u like?What's the most important thing you care about?

No matter the speed of my speaking is,I pause a lot with connecting words like you know,hummm,etc,especially I talking about some professional term or a long sentence.That looks not fluent and not professional.
