Hello everyone, hope you’re doing well. It’s been a while since I’ve been active here. I’ve been quite busy lately reviewing resumes and giving feedback to job seekers who feel stuck and aren’t getting responses from their applications. In the past few days alone, I’ve reviewed over 100 resumes, and honestly I was surprised by what many people are applying with, about 60 of them don’t even meet the standard of a professional document. Your resume is your first impression, and sometimes the problem isn’t your skills.

Many job seekers keep using the same resume they created years ago. The experience might be strong,but the format and structure are outdated. Today, resumes are not just read by people, they’re also scanned by ATS systems. A modern, clean, and well-structured template makes it easier for recruiters to quickly see your value. Sometimes the problem isn’t your skills or experience. It’s simply that your resume doesn’t present them in a clear, modern way. Upgrading your resume template might seem like a small change, but it can make a big difference in how your application is received. Small improvements in structure, clarity, and presentation can greatly improve your chances of getting noticed. If you haven’t updated your resume in a while, this might be a good time to take another look at it.
