Hey Guys šŸŒŗšŸ’žšŸ’™
✨ What a weekend! ✨ I’m still buzzing from the AFL 10-Year Birthday Anniversary Celebration. Everything about it was exactly what I needed to get out of my own way! Since getting home, I’ve been on šŸ”„ā€”so much work done, so much progress made. Honestly, I could kick myself for all the procrastination I’ve let slide before now! Here’s the new rule: Every week is a CELEBRATION week. šŸ„‚ So here’s to my wins, my goals, and the progress I create each week! 🌺 #CelebrateYourself #ProgressNotPerfection #WeeklyWins šŸŒŗšŸ’žšŸ’™

Nothing like a room full of enthusiastic people and good advice to give you a boost. Hope your week continues to be as positive
Are you living the dream yet? Or are you still working on it like me?
What are you doing with your weekend? Are you kicking back and relaxing? Or are you working towards your dreams by using the extra bank holiday time? I've spent too many years telling myself I've earnt a weekend off from a very demanding job and paid a heavy price having to continue working in a J.O.B. to pay for the time off from the J.O.B. that's killing me. With that in mind I'm spending my weekend watching training videos whilst I clear away some old paperwork that has been cluttering up my house. If you're taking the weekend off, think about what it's costing in the long term, and if like me, you are in a J.O.B. that is slowly killing you, maybe it's time to put in half an hour each day, perhaps reading an educational book or setting your goals for the month and move to Plan A sooner rather than later. Darren Hardy said, "In essence, you make your choices, and then your choices make you." Do you agree?

@Paul Baines Small consistent steps. You sound like an action-taker. You can't fail if you keep taking action and reviewing. I hope you find the clarity on strategy but even if you don't, maybe try one on for size and course-correct if it's not the best fit. The skillset is interchangeable between strategies. Don't let that hold you back like I did.

@Paul Baines Yes, stay in touch and let me know how your Bootcamp goes.
Still buzzing from an unforgettable weekend at #AdCon2025!
It was an absolute honour to take the stage on April 27th and share insights alongside some of the most inspiring minds in business and marketing. Huge gratitude to my friend, mentor, and the visionary behind it all, @JonPenberthy, for creating a space where entrepreneurs, coaches, and creators come together to learn, grow, and connect. From the electrifying keynotes by Steven Bartlett, Sara Davies MBE, and Rory Sutherland, to the powerful sessions with Timothy Armoo, Molly Pittman, and David JP Phillips, every moment was packed with value and inspiration. Three days. Countless breakthroughs. One incredible community. Swipe through the memories šŸ“ø and if we crossed paths, drop a comment below — I’d love to stay connected!

šŸŽ„ BTS Vlog – Taking Beyond The Hustle on the road!
We kicked things off by heading to Peterborough to sit down with the incredible Mike Green and the energy was unreal! šŸ”„ From mastering the pitch to understanding the power of positioning and lead generation, this episode is packed with gold. Remember: the more awareness you have, the more opportunities you create. šŸ‘ This is just the beginning can’t wait for you to see what’s coming next!

It all comes together!
From the millionaire boot camp in January to this week has been full of late nights, study, mindset work to a point I didn’t think it would come together! Then one door opened for a R2RSA on Monday, Wednesday another cracking flip deal but unfortunately couldn’t find quick enough and then today a BRRR deal bagged! Couldn’t be happy and definitely a time to celebrate with actually becoming a property investor! It’s begun and will continue! I have to say though it wasn’t the plan but when a door opens it needs to be explored. Keep positive and motivated - it will come.
