Anyone know how to just sit down and like study or work for an hour straight while actually progressing or not getting bored.I just read but don't take anything in or my mind wanders on like 10 minutes

use the blurt method. this is where you read a chunk of text and then you close the book and write down what you remembered. Do this till you understood. Also try not to memorize and try to UNDERSTAND. It’ll be much easier and you will automatically remember. Hopefully this helps 😁

for your hair try using a texture powder or smth I dunno what hair style your going but do some research on that. Then use a cleanser everyday on your face and exfoliate with a serum or just soap every 3-4 days. Don’t worry about your hyperpigmentation it’s better to deal with it when you’re older. maybe trim your evebrows slightly and apply mousturizer to your face. Use some whitening strips for your teeth(they a lil expensive). also you look quite sleepy I dunno if your doing on purpose or if your genuinely tired or if you just look like that maybe try doing something about that too. you overall have a really good face it just needs some refining. I hope this helps 😁
Time
Weird problem but I think I have too much time.Ive made my nee timetable to not waste time.i study for 50 minutes and workout for 45 and do everything I need to do like eat shower clean my room etc.i still somehow have 2 hours of time left.i go to bed at 10pm.this is with a 35 minute phone/business break and a tv and eating break of like 45 minutes.i can't really go outside and my arm is injured so I can't do anymore workout rn.Anyone know what to fill the time with

you could sleep right after and wake up even earlier. or you could read a book or listen to your music or do something small you’ve always wanted to do

10am-12pm: Research 12pm-1pm: take a break 1pm-3pm: study 3pm-5pm: spend time with family 5pm-7pm: schl hw 7pm-9pm: chill
