Lowkey Cooked and Need Advice
Basically My University's system for giving people thier accomodation rooms is completely random. I got given the worst one with the worst people. I'm talking like multiple reports over the years of the kitchen being dirty and even some rat infestations in the kitchen. How tf am I suppose to stay on a healthy diet and gymmax when my flatmates around me are prob degenerates who don't fucking clean up after themselves and prob steal food. If you want to know how bad it is search "Rootes accomodation Warwick" and you'll see what I'm talking about Oh and I wanna post content to either do Ecom or become an affiliate but apparently the walls are extreamely hollow so people will hear me and I already know I will get mocked . How would you cut in this situation
I am a vegetarian by faith and the only food I eat is Indian, so my main protein source is daal (lentils). If I want to cut without losing any muscle, I need to consume >100g of protein a day and my current didn’t isn’t providing me with the protein I would need. Also since I can’t have meat, it becomes even more difficult. I also don’t want to consume any supplements because they aren’t natural, and I am unable to digest concentrated protein. Any suggestions for meal prep, etc?
How can I stop expecting instant results ?
when I post a video I expect to see my view count & my CTR to be high after a day which is unrealistic
Schedule VS Todolist
Ethan recently shared some great advice about using a daily schedule to stay active and get things done in the community. I totally get the appeal of a structured routine, but I’m wondering if anyone else feels like a strict schedule can sometimes feel a bit... robotic? Personally, I find to-do lists work better for me. They give me the flexibility to stay consistent without feeling locked into doing the same things at the same time every day. That said, I’m curious about how you all manage this! If I go with a to-do list, what’s the best way to keep it from getting overwhelmed with too many tasks? Any tips for balancing consistency with flexibility, or keeping a to-do list manageable?
