i plan to take rad140 + enclo along some other basic supplements so at like middle of the cycle i have like already planed vacation for like a week where i could do some basic stuff without weights..what should u do in this situation , should i take also rad on these days or should i just stop for 7-8 days? it would be like 4th week if we look up

Approximately how much muscle did you keep after the rad140 cycle? but of course considering that you kept a similar lifestyle and training, I would like to hear your experiences

I'm planning to do my first cycle of rad140 -10mg ED and enclo- 12.5mg EOD, in addition I have zinc, vit d, fish oil and magnesium bisglycinate.. What can I expect from this cycle? I plan to be in a deficit of 300-400kcal and do a recomp, but I also hope for a good muscle gain? I'm also interested in whether I need liver protection - a tudca/nac, given that I'll only be taking rad140? Considering adding cardarine for fat loss in 2-3 weeks after..Any advice is welcome , thanks guys
