30-Day CEO Streak Challenge
Most of us don't fail because we don't know what to do. We fail because we don't stay consistent long enough to see results. So let's fix that. Right here. Right now. ๐Ÿ”ฅ I'm running the 30-Day CEO Streak Challenge: one small business action every single day for 30 days. No motivation required. Just do one action. Lets keep the engagement in this group alive! Already consistent? Perfect. Join anyway and lead by example. Just getting started? I have gotten way off my CEO streaking but hopefully today's activity counts for a week's worth! I just launched my own Skool group!!! The Color Typology Lab is free and built around a question I keep coming back to in my work: how does personality type shape the way people implement structured guidance? I use color analysis as the primary lens because it is a surprisingly clear test case, but the group is for anyone curious about MBTI, Enneagram, Big Five, and how those frameworks affect the way we absorb and apply information. It is also an entry point into my work at The Style Typology, where I do structured, attribute-based personal color analysis for high-level operators and professional women.I f you have ever wanted a color result that is documented, evidence-based, and structured for how you actually think and apply information, that is what I do. Today I activated my embedded and pop-up forms on my website that leads to an email with my freebie. I also linked my Skool group in the thank you screen after both of the forms. Tomorrow, I will revise my freebie with the feedback provided by @Niky Egerton and @Sage Grayson. Plus, I was accepted into the AICI and signed up as a member for BAAPT and APTi. All three are relevant for my niche of helping people see how their personality preferences can inform their implementation of a personal color analysis. Getting some forward, momentum!

May 1 - Day 1 of 30. For the next 30 days I'm posting 3 times every day across Skool communities. I'm going to track every number and because I love a good tracker, I created one that I'm going to test out. I'll report back regularly so you can see exactly what consistent showing up does (or doesn't do) to a business. Because like many/all of you, I am juggling this business stuff around life - working a full time job, with a family, preparing my June bundle and anything else that comes up, this has to be efficient. So I've planned it: The daily formula: โ†’ Post 1: This community - value, update or experiment data โ†’ Post 2: Another Skool community - genuine value, no pitching โ†’ Post 3: Another Skool community - different room, same rule What I'm tracking: Members (+/-) | Discovery rank | Engagement | Conversion | Any comments or DMs of note | Score | Directly connected sales | Where I posted | Starting numbers: Members: 70 | Churn: 1 | Discovery rank: 1,769 | Engagement: 78% | Visitors 245 | Conversion: 6.7% | Sales directly connected to Skool: 0 What's the experiment showing so far: Lets give it a few days... By May 31 I'll know whether consistent Skool presence actually moves the needle on real business metrics - or whether it's just a lot of effort for a better rank number. That's the experiment. Resigning from my job (effective first week of June) so I can truly focus on The Style Typology! I'm hoping for a lot more "normal" wins in the second half of the year.

When I started this experiment on April 6 the goal was 100 members in 30 days. I told you I probably wasn't hitting it. I still might not. But lets recap: ๐Ÿ“ˆ Discovery rank: 1,939 (it was 4075!!) Engagement still sitting at 78% ๐Ÿฅณ; 69 awesome people (yes, I know I'm counting myself in the numbers, its still true ๐Ÿ˜‚) I've sent some emails (7 people didn't like it ๐Ÿคญ; 2 people joined). And today I'm kicking off another Meta ad running for the next 7 days to see if I can crack this. Completely redid the content (shout out to Claude, you better be awesome) Will I hit 100...๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Let's see what 8 days can do. ๐Ÿš€
