“When You’re Doing Everything Right… But Sales Still Don’t Come”
There was a point in my store journey where I felt like I was doing everything: ✅ Running ads ✅ Posting on socials ✅ Getting traffic …but sales were still barely trickling in. It felt discouraging, like maybe I was missing something obvious. What I learned later is that traffic doesn’t always equal sales. If the trust isn’t there, or the offer isn’t clear enough, people just won’t buy, no matter how many visitors you get. The shift for me came when I started focusing less on “more traffic” and more on improving what happened after people landed on my site. Small tweaks made a huge difference. I’m curious, for you, what feels harder right now: Getting enough visitors? Or turning those visitors into actual paying customers? Would love to hear your experiences. And if it’s something you’d rather not share publicly, my DMs are always open.
“When Sales Were Stuck, This Surprised Me…”
For a long time, I thought my store’s biggest problem was finding the right product. I kept switching things up, hoping this one would finally take off. But the sales still didn’t move much. What actually surprised me was that the issue wasn’t the product, it was the way I presented it. My images weren’t clear enough, my product page didn’t answer questions, and honestly… I wasn’t giving people a strong reason to buy from me instead of somewhere else. Once I fixed those things, I started to see the shift. The same product, but now it actually converted. It made me realize something: sometimes the problem isn’t what we sell, it’s how we sell it. Store owners here, what do you feel holds your store back the most right now: - Finding the right product - Getting consistent traffic - Or turning traffic into sales? Would love to hear your thoughts. And if it’s something you’d rather not share publicly, my DMs are always open.

@John Costa I can totally relate, I was in the same spot not too long ago. I kept thinking traffic was the only issue, but even with visitors coming in, sales just weren’t happening. Someone here on Skool actually connected me with an expert who showed me how to turn that traffic into real sales, and the journey since then has been incredible. If you’d like, I can connect you with him as well, he might be able to help you scale your store too. Would you be open to that?

@Alex Allen I felt the exact same way before, I was so focused on traffic that I overlooked how much small tweaks in messaging and trust could change things. Someone here on Skool actually connected me with an expert who helped me shift from just “getting visitors” to actually converting them into buyers. The difference has been huge. If you’d like, I can connect you with him too, he might be able to help you scale your store the same way. Would you be open to that?
“One Change That Finally Helped My Store See Sales”
When I first started my store, I honestly thought the main problem was traffic. I kept trying to bring more people in, but the truth was… most of them came, looked around, and left without buying. It was frustrating. What I didn’t realize at the time was that the real issue wasn’t traffic, it was trust. My product pages looked “okay,” but they didn’t really answer the questions customers had in their heads. Once I improved my product descriptions, added social proof, and made the buying process clearer, sales started showing up. It wasn’t an overnight fix, but that small shift made a big difference. I know a lot of us as store owners go through this. Some struggle with traffic, others with conversions, others with keeping customers coming back. * Which of these three do you feel is your biggest struggle right now? Drop it in the comments, or if you’d rather keep it private, my DMs are always open. Sometimes just sharing the challenge is the first step to finding clarity.

@Dylan Messerschmidt Exactly! You nailed it, the “trust gap” is real. I’ve seen the same thing too: you can drive all the traffic in the world, but if the copy doesn’t connect or the checkout feels clunky, it’s game over. Curious though, when you work on tightening positioning, what’s the first thing you usually look at? Messaging, audience fit, or something else?

@John Costa I can definitely relate to what you’re going through, I went through the same thing not too long ago. My store had traffic, but getting those visitors to actually buy felt almost impossible. What really changed things for me was when someone here on Skool connected me to an expert. He helped me understand where my pages were leaking sales and showed me how to turn more of that traffic into actual customers. The journey since then has been amazing. If you’d like, I’d be happy to connect you with him too, I think he could really help you scale your store. Would you be open to that?
“What’s the Hardest Part About Growing an Online Store?”
One thing I’ve noticed talking with different store owners is that almost everyone struggles with at least one of these: Getting consistent traffic Turning visitors into buyers Keeping customers coming back I’ve personally hit all three at some point, and each one felt like a roadblock. It’s not always about working harder — sometimes it’s about seeing the problem from another angle. So I’m curious… - Which of these three do you find the toughest in your store right now? - And what have you tried so far to fix it? Drop your answer in the comments, I bet a lot of us are going through the same challenges. And if you’d rather share privately, my DMs are always open.

@Dylan Messerschmidt That’s such a solid point , traffic without intent really does feel like spinning wheels. I like your approach of using cold email sprints for collabs, that sounds way more strategic than just pushing ads harder. I’m definitely curious about the structure you mentioned. How do you usually identify the right partners or micro-creators to reach out to?
