When I first started my store, I honestly thought the main problem was traffic. I kept trying to bring more people in, but the truth was… most of them came, looked around, and left without buying. It was frustrating.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that the real issue wasn’t traffic, it was trust. My product pages looked “okay,” but they didn’t really answer the questions customers had in their heads. Once I improved my product descriptions, added social proof, and made the buying process clearer, sales started showing up.
It wasn’t an overnight fix, but that small shift made a big difference.
I know a lot of us as store owners go through this. Some struggle with traffic, others with conversions, others with keeping customers coming back.
* Which of these three do you feel is your biggest struggle right now?
