I don’t know about you, but I’m obsessed with my animals… especially my two dogs. I swear, they’re little gurus in fur coats. Every day, I watch the divine masculine and feminine dance between them..sometimes wild and bold, sometimes soft and nurturing. It’s like a living masterclass in presence, love, and joy. They remind me what it means to really live.. unconditionally loving, totally in the moment, always down for play. And I just have to say… God, you really outdid Yourself with dogs. What a Creator. What an Artist. You knew we humans would get tangled in our minds, so You sent us four-legged reminders of what it means to be free. Here are my 2 babies 🐶

How to Forgive Yourself… Because You Deserve it
We’ve all been there… Said something we regret. Stayed too long. Left too soon. Fell off the path. Hurt someone. Hurt ourselves. But here’s the truth: You’re allowed to be human. And forgiveness doesn’t come from perfection… it comes from compassion. Here are 3 powerful ways to start forgiving yourself today: 1. Talk to Yourself Like You Would a Best Friend If your best friend made the same mistake, what would you say to them? Probably not, “You’re so stupid. You’ll never change.” You’d remind them they’re learning. That it’s okay. Do the same for yourself. Write it down if you need to. Let it land. 2.
