Help me fix my handstand
Here’s a pic of me in handstand, I can hold this for about 20s. I’d like to work towards better alignment and longer hold times. I see my shoulders aren’t stacked over my wrists but rather, slightly past them. What drills should I focus on to correct my form?

prioritize rest and recovery… grip strength and dead hang help.
Muscle up progressions..?
I can do chest to bar pull ups, I can false grip hang for 10s, I can do straight bar dips. When I try muscle up with knees to chest kip I get stuck when transitioning grip. Tips?

Hi, I’m Vineet from USA. Been on the calisthenics journey for a little over a year…want to level up and master muscle up and planche. My handstands are a bit shakey, need to get better with balance… look forward to this program..!
