It’s good but if you can lean more and squeeze the gluteus, it’s will be better
90 degree hold
I need help with the 90-degree hold. I train it about once or twice a week since I'm also training front lever at the same time; I can do one to three-second holds on a good day, but not completely parallel to the ground, but I can easily do advanced tuck. I feel I have been stuck at this level for multiple months without progress, even though I have been training 90-degree hold for almost a year.

Yea I don’t really train for the 90 degree anymore because i do a lot of planche and handstand push ups work, but I can recommend some strength exercises: - weighted dips after the 90 degree work - Planche lean push ups - Wall assisted full 90 degree hold Hope this help you out!
Finally …
Two days ago I did my first handstand push ups!!! And today I have a front lever work, will start doing weighted adv tuck fl ankle weight* Hope you guys also achieved new skill!

@Viktor Valouch it will increase my core, back, lat,etc, plus after I do the weighted adv tuck, I continue by doing super adv tuck with body weight so it’s not that bad I guess!

In the past few months I trained the planche really well, but now I feel like I wanna start training the bend arm planche because I can’t even hold the straddle bend arm planche, which exercises do you guys recommend me to do? @Pau Sorribas @Viktor Valouch

@Pau Sorribas yeah my planche lean push ups are not the best! I think I need to train it more, and also is wall handstand push ups also benefiting the bend arm planche ?
Weighted Front Lever Raises, Road to 1 arm FL
The other day I tried and exercise that they say is very useful for 1 arm FL, and it is 1 arm FL raises with band, but it was incredibly difficult, even with the thickest band I had to use one finger with my other hand to help, so to get stronger in that I'm doing weighted Front Lever raises today I tried with 5kg, and I did 9 reps and 10kg 5 reps also I try to add a little bit of pause on the FL position I want I see if this helps with the 1 arm FL progression, also I may add weight to my FL hold I don't think there is much point on in increasing the seconds over 30s, now I have 28s FL so increasing it will manly increase my endurance not my strength which is what I need to get the1 arm FL.
