90 degree hold
I need help with the 90-degree hold. I train it about once or twice a week since I'm also training front lever at the same time; I can do one to three-second holds on a good day, but not completely parallel to the ground, but I can easily do advanced tuck. I feel I have been stuck at this level for multiple months without progress, even though I have been training 90-degree hold for almost a year.

Starting out
Hey I’m just starting out and wondering what the first skills to learn are. I’m in fairly good shape so let me know what to start with. Here’s where I’m at: 12-14 strict pull ups 40-50 strict pushups 175 bench (145 body weight) 38 inch vertical

with 50 strict pushups you can definetly do one arm pushups. At 14 pullups, you also have more than enough strength to start learning muscle ups. Another cool skill you can start learning is the 90 degree hold. Its really impressive and is easier than it looks, even if it will take time (start with pseudo pushups, than a 45 seconds pseudo pushup hold, pseudo pushup feet tap, then tuck 90 degree hold, straddle, ect). Good luck
Introduction

You should really do pushup and pullup pyramids. (you do 1 rep of an exercice, than 2, then 3, all the way to 10 then back down) Before you know it, you'll have done 100 reps of that exercice. It might take a long time at first, but you'll be able to do it faster and faster (you can time yourself to compare). Pyramids are a great way to build strength and endurance. Once you reach 30-35 clean push ups and 10 pull ups, then you can add weight to exercices and start training skills. I recommend starting with L sit, archer/one arm pushups, handstand; and later on 90 degree holds, high pull ups, ect.
