I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. I have a Voice AI question. When you call most multi-department businesses now you'll get a voice messages saying something like: "For the floral department, press 1, For the Produce department press 2" etc... Can our voice AI simply ask a caller what it is they are looking for, confirm and then forward that call to that particular department (extension)?
