🚦 RED LIGHT GREEN LIGHT: Labor Day Race!
🔴 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗗. No links until you've gotten 2+ green lights. This is the #1 rule of the game. 🔴 Happy Labor Day weekend! Whether you're off grilling or still grinding on your business this weekend... we're keeping the tradition alive. Same game, extra long weekend to play it. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆: Drop what you're working on — one-liner, graphic, CTA, whatever you want eyes on. Then go give feedback on a few others using the light system: 🔴 Needs work — vague, doesn't land, missing the hook 🟡 Getting there — good bones, but something's holding it back 🟢 GREEN LIGHT — this is clear and ready to go. I would click on this! Give feedback before you ask for it — the best rounds are the ones where everyone's playing both sides. 📋 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀... If you want an about page audit, copy and paste your About Page text directly into your comment, or drop a screenshot — 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀! Once you've earned 2 green lights, edit your original comment to add "✅ 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀" and then you're welcome to drop your link! You've earned it! 🏆 Shoutout to last round's winner: @Nicole Wright ! She didn't post the most comments, but what she did post was some of the most thorough, thoughtful feedback in the whole thread. Quality over quantity... that's a green light energy right there. Every week we have a winner, and whoever gives the most valuable feedback this round earns a 24-hour pinned post. Let's have a great long weekend round. Who's getting the green light?!

I would appreciate feedback on my about page Welcome to Wings & Blooms 🦋 A space for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves while loving and caring for everyone else. Maybe you can honestly say, “I love my family, but I still want more.” More purpose. More freedom. More connection. More of you. Maybe you're tired of keeping everyone happy, keeping the peace, pushing down your feelings, or reacting in ways you don't recognize. You aren't broken. You don't need to become someone else. You need to reconnect with yourself. Inside Wings & Blooms, we explore the thoughts, feelings, emotions, stories, and beliefs that keep you stuck—using curiosity and compassion instead of fear and shame. Through story work, thought work, emotional awareness, and learning to find belonging and worth within, you'll begin creating a life that feels more like you—and a transformation that can ripple through generations. You can't heal what you're not willing to feel. YOU WERE MADE FOR MORE. — Verna Kauffman
Thoughts You Don't Say Out Loud
Sometimes the thoughts that keep us stuck aren't loud. They're the ones running quietly in the background all day… “𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.” “𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗲.” “𝗜𝗳 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹.” “𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.” “𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆.” “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.” “𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗜'𝗺 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.” “𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅.” “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗼?” “𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.” “𝗜 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿.” And perhaps the one underneath all of them… “𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲.” But what if nothing is wrong with you? What if these thoughts have simply become familiar ways of protecting yourself, keeping the peace, staying needed, avoiding disappointment, or avoiding feelings that feel too big to sit with? 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀. Not with judgment. Not with shame. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. So let's get honest… POLL 👇 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘀t And if you picked one, I want you to sit with it today—not fix it. Just notice it. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁? That's where the real conversation begins.

@Abigail Ringger how do those thoughts make you feel about yourself and your life?
👀 It doesn’t take TWO EYES to see that Level 7 looks GOOD on Liisa Reimann! 🔥
Awe yeah... Liisa just hit Level 7! 🎉 Which means our resident Funnel Detective has officially earned her place in the 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 on the Event Showcase! 🌟 And if you haven't wandered into Liisa on Skool yet, you've got TWO very different communities to explore... 🔎 F𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 Got an awesome offer but something between “this is brilliant” and “where are the buyers?” isn't quite clicking? Liisa puts on her Funnel Detective hat and helps uncover the leaks costing you clients. No hype. No guru scripts. No BS. Just figuring out what's actually happening and what to do next. 🐉 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 Yep, plot twist. Liisa is ALSO a Team USA paddler and coach! This free community connects dragon boaters, helps them build their skills, and gives access to the USDBF Steering Certification program with former Team USA coaches Liisa Reimann + Joann Fegley. AND... Those of you who were at yesterday's Power Mingle may have caught a little leak about something ELSE Liisa has brewing... 👀🤐 Could there possibly be a third community coming? I'm not spilling it. 😂 For now, help me congratulate @Liisa Reimann on reaching Level 7 and earning her place in the Spotlight! 🌈🌟 Go check out her communities, show her some love, and keep an 👀 out for whatever she's cooking up next. Congratulations, Liisa!! 🎉🔥

It's September
𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 September comes softly, not asking me to hurry, not demanding that I become more than I am. She arrives with cooler mornings and golden light, with blankets pulled a little closer, warm mugs held between my hands, and the quiet invitation - 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦. 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. To create warmth 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦 --𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘦 To light the candle. Make the soup. Pull the sweater close. Let the house be cozy and my soul be still. 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘆 -- 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴. Not producing. Not proving. Not fixing. Not chasing the next thing. 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢. There is something sacred about this slowing down— about listening beneath the noise long enough to hear what my own heart has been saying. 𝗜'𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. And maybe that is where hope begins. Not in having all the answers, - but in trusting that something is still unfolding. That the leaves can let go and still become beautiful. That endings can make room for beginnings. That I can release what no longer belongs and make space for what does. So this September, I am not asking myself to bloom faster I am choosing to rest deep within my own becoming. To reconnect. To soften. To feel. To listen. To sit quietly with the woman I am and the woman I am becoming and let them both be enough. September -- bring me your golden mornings, your crisp air, your slower rhythms. Teach me again -- the quiet art of being. And when the world whispers, 𝘏𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘺, may my soul answer, 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 -- 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 Tell me in the comments - 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀?
